Titanium Dioxide R-F 9290
R-F 9290 is a heavily alumina-silica surface treated rutile pigment. It shows excellent hiding power and good film integrity in matt emulsion paints formulated above CPVC. The water demand of Inter-China R-F 9290 is high, contributing to a strong mattening effect.
