Inter-China Chemical supports customers throughout material selection, laboratory evaluation, product qualification and commercial supply. Our technical and commercial teams work together to understand the customer’s formulation, processing conditions, target performance and project schedule.
Support is available for pigmentary titanium dioxide, infrared-reflective materials, high-purity titanium products, lithium titanate and titanium-based direct lithium extraction materials.

Application and Development Support
ICC works with customers on application evaluation, formulation discussion and product-development projects. Technical support may include sample preparation, physical and chemical characterization, application testing and interpretation of results under defined test conditions.
Where standard products do not fully meet the application requirement, the project may be reviewed with ICC’s R&D and manufacturing teams to evaluate possible material or process adjustments.
Commercial and Logistics Coordination
Our commercial team coordinates sample requests, order quantities, packing requirements, documentation, production schedules and shipment arrangements according to the requirements of each project.
Delivery timing and logistics options are confirmed according to product availability, order volume, destination and applicable transport requirements. Customers are kept informed of key order and shipment milestones.
Each customer project is coordinated across commercial, technical, testing and production functions. This helps maintain continuity from the initial inquiry and sample evaluation through qualification, ordering and repeat supply.
If an application or processing issue occurs, ICC collects the relevant formulation, operating conditions and test data before coordinating a technical review and practical follow-up recommendations.
ICC provides product data sheets, application reports, white papers and supporting technical information for product selection and qualification. Testing and material-characterization support is coordinated with Inter-China Testing & Technology where appropriate.
