Titanium-Based Direct Lithium Extraction Adsorbents

Inter-China Chemical supplies titanium-based direct lithium extraction adsorbents for recovering lithium from salt-lake, geothermal and oilfield brines. Our portfolio includes GFLTS powder, G-200 extruded granules and G-300 spherical granules for laboratory evaluation, pilot trials and industrial-scale process development.
Titanium-Based Adsorbents for Direct Lithium Extraction
Inter-China Chemical, together with its manufacturing subsidiary Gangfeng New Materials, develops and manufactures titanium-based lithium adsorbents for direct lithium extraction. The portfolio includes GFLTS powder, G-200 extruded granules and G-300 spherical granules for laboratory evaluation, pilot trials and industrial-scale process development.
These lithium-selective adsorbents are designed for repeated adsorption and acid-desorption cycles in salt-lake, geothermal and oilfield brines. Product selection should be based on brine chemistry, lithium concentration, temperature, impurity profile, contactor design and target flow rate.
GFLTS is a powder-form lithium titanate adsorbent based on Li₂TiO₃. It is intended for material development, slurry-contact evaluation and the preparation of shaped adsorbents. Its powder form provides flexibility for formulation and process research.
G-200 is an extruded granular titanium-based lithium adsorbent developed for fixed-bed DLE systems. Its strip-shaped morphology is designed for packed-bed handling and repeated adsorption-desorption cycles. Available particle specifications can be selected according to column design and hydraulic requirements.
G-300 is a spherical titanium-based lithium adsorbent developed for fixed-bed, moving-bed and fluidized-bed process evaluation. Its spherical morphology is intended to support controlled packing, liquid-solid contact and repeated process operation. Particle-size data can be provided for contactor design.
Actual adsorption capacity, kinetics, impurity tolerance and cycle performance depend on the specific brine and operating conditions. ICC supports sample evaluation, test-condition review and process discussions before scale-up.
